大安甘醇釀酒故事館，位於臺中大安，延續傳統固態釀酒工藝，堅持不添加食用酒精及香料，其品牌「ABAS｜安貝斯」延續舊地名「海翁」鯨魚之意，推出每一款作品，酒質陳香濃郁，酒體豐厚柔順，綿甜醇厚，餘香悠長，專為品酒人士打造的頂級佳釀。
Located in Daan, Taichung, Daan Mellow Distillery continues the traditional solid brewing process and adheres to no added alcohol or spices. And its brand "ABAS" represents the old name of Daan "Haiwong", which means whale.
